In case anyone was wondering, Britt got TT's spot.

He deserves it, and he will be the foot up the ass that 1840 needs right now.

Watch how he turns the place around...I guarantee he gets that branch back on track in a hurry. 1840 will be throwing up great numbers within six months.

Cheers to something good finally happening at the 40oz.

TT was dead weight, and was one of the biggest reasons why 1840 has been going down the shithole lately.

The reason that KC gets out of all the company functions is that he's a drunk and can't be hanging around alcohol so that he's not tempted. Sounds like someone I want running my business. Keep F-ing Jamie Dickey/Damon and getting high. That'll take you the way of good ol Eric Oelzen.

I agree that someone with known drug/alcohol/gambling problems would not be most people's first pick for a leader, but at least he takes the appropriate steps to try to correct the problem(s).

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a KC fan by any means (quite frankly, I hate his guts), but I have to disagree with the people who are dogging him for not showing up at company functions. Everyone gets shit-faced at those things, so he is just avoiding situations that set him up for failure. If anything, I think that shows that he is a smart man.

The best thing that happened to 1840 was Truss getting canned. KC had no control over him and protected him for years. Truss turned out to be a junkie just like KC. At least KC dealt with his problems. Ted got away with everything and anything. The guy would sleep in his car, come in whenever he wanted and was wasted around the clock. Britt came in after I left and from what I hear things are getting much better. Truss didn't give a crap for the last 12 months. KC made a smart move putting Britt at 40. He is the exact opposite of Truss.

how can you dog a guy who admitted he had a problem and is acting on it?

it's sad all ERAC functions are beer pits, but come on. if someone really is addicted to somthing why would it make sense to have put in front of your face?

Teddy was one of my all time favorite ERACers, it's a shame all the shit he got mixed up with...Back when TT was on his game, he was the fuckin best. --who would of thought my first post on this site would be about someone I liked! And by the way...If I was KC and had the chance to fuck Jamie, I would take it.

KC is not clean. He doesnt go to the functions because his wife won't let him. He still does everything he always did only now he hides it better.

If KC is using he's doing a great job hiding it. He was at Grad Party last week and split after awards were handed out. There is an opportunity just about every week to go to some sort of ERAC function and get banged up. I don't think he would put himself in that situation anymore.
