I heard it had something to do with his "sinus problems." That and one too many missing LCARs. No surprise, there will be more. GP18 is a failing Enterprise.

'sinus problems' aside, it mainly came down to a deal so bad even the Big E couldn't cover up.

This should move quite a few people around, ... 1840 was kind of going down hill regardless, even though they'd never say it publicly. This transistion should benefit Linthicum.

1840 has been going downhill ever since it originally went into that facility (probably before that). They have not had anyone there in recent memory that could keep employees happy or motivated to work. Wasn't the AP supposed to be a stepping stone? They had to force promotions for the past few years out of there because people were stuck and who wanted to hire a burned out BM or Assistant? Nice guy but Aaron Ricks has the personality of a tea bag and how is he supposed to keep employees who work 60 hours per week happy? Is Engleman still around? If so has he worked a full shift since being there? Most of the assistants have been incapable of doing anything with the exception of a few and why the fuck would you have your supposed best sales people in the RETURN LANE all the time. Put them at the counter where the REAL customer service is instead of trying to sell customers at the end of the rental after being badgered and already dealt with a dirty, shitty car. KC built TT. It's not his fault but when you let someone get away with little things they will push and push and push until they fuck things up like he did. I feel bad for the guy.

Considering they had to get interns to work at the AP and the other "talent" they shoved down there it's pretty obvious the AP is not a "stepping stone." That's not to say there weren't and aren't really good people down there, but it's obvious they are struggling. Who the hell wants to work somewhere THAT ass backwards? Running out of cars, running with half a staff, dealing with completely worthless car preps, etc. is business as usual there. Not to mention KC's "brainstorms" like running more reps at the counter than he has in the garage or prewriting every customer and then walking them to pick out their cars. Someone needs to pull their head out of their ass and get that place shaped up otherwise it's going to continue to plummit. Who the f*** cares if the windows are clean if they've just been on a plane for hours only to wait another hour or two at the rental counter while everyone scrambles to do a half ass cleaning job on a return that just showed up 45 minutes after they got to the counter? Seriously get the customer in the car for the price you quoted, that's what customers want. I'm fairly certain more than half of the customers that come to Enterprise don't care about all the ass kissing, they want a car now... the end.

Did not feel like making a new thread. What's up with Jamie Damon's Hollywood'esque marriage? 10 months and I hear it's done because she was caught banging KC in some seedy hotel room? WTF is the world coming too when a hot chick like her bangs a junkie, gambling addict who is over weight, has a terrible tattoo on his ankle and looks like a bulldog. JESUS!!

I hear KC used to be a lot more run when he was using. I have been with the company for 18 months and haven't seen the guy at one company function. It would be nice if he showed up at an event and socialized with the people that are putting money in his pocket. As far as the gambling I heard he was just an idiot with his money.

Firing Truss was long overdue. He had been working the system for months and was never at the airport. It will be interesting to see how long it will take whoever gets it to turn it around. The place is a mess from what I hear. There is no leadership there. Engelmann and most of the assistants are burnt and Ricks is in way over his head. Britt will probably get it but stranger things have happend.

Has there been an announcment on the new area manager for 1840? Were Britt and Ludka the only people in?

I would think that Ludka and Britt are the only two qualified. Who is left in the group who has already worked the AP and would let KC still be the puppet master? Firing KC is long overdue. SUPPOSEDLY the guy used to coke it up in branches and with employees (still working), he is banging an employee who is married and worked under him (still working), he has a gambling problem, not stupid with money. They guy is a Vegas/Blackjack FREAK and I would not be surprised if he used to snatch dough from branches to gamble with (can we say Helpa?). GP 18 needs an overhaul. Their numbers suck as a whole and you can change the managers and fire people all you want but until you shake stuff up at the top the busiest job in the group will be Recruiting and HR (TURNOVER).
