I hate ERAC and want out bad. I like my co-workers, but hate the job. There are some great people in the area, that would do SO much better in another field of work.

A few co-workers and myself are helping each other get out.

What is he doing now? He was one of very few Level III's that was "real" and actually WORKED his way up unlike most others.

for those looking to get out just set up marketing days and go interview. Turn your phone off, take your own car and get yourself another job. I did it 1 year ago and I can enjoy life now. Weekends and holidays and no more checks going down because flip is bad. GOOD LUCK
