I think this company puts too much pressure on you to use trickery to sell and if you dont apparently you suck.
Unfortunately, the mentality among Enterprise is that unless you sell substantial amounts of fake insurance garbage, you are of no value to the company. You can be a proven role model for customer service, coordinate the activities within the office better than any BM, and land several new corporate accounts as a result of your tireless and extensive marketing....but unless your DW numbers are high, your other efforts will go unnoticed. You are far too talented and educated for the sparse opportunities at Enterprise offers, there are many true careers out there which you can better utilize your skills. Try networking with your customers, that is how I found my current career.

Lagrow and Kroll are new Area Managers I heard.
Actually Marcus has told some of his accounts that Gummy got canned by the pawn shops, ouch! He also said that Gummy called up Marcus and needed him as a reference because he was trying to get a job throwing rugs for Cintas. Way to go from the top of the heap to crashing down at the bottom, how the mighty have fallen.

Kroll wasn't in that spot for long. For any of you eracers out there you might ask yourself. What the hell is going on in Detroit? and Do I really want to be in the automotive industry in Detroit right now?
