I want to find out why too? I had an awful experience with her once. She was sooooo two faced. Very quick to smile in front of someones face and then go rat them out or get them in trouble. I guess someone finally knocked her off her pedistol.

From what I know, and lets just say the walls are very thin, her leaving was very mutual. They had too many HR people since everyone was either quiting or got fired and she was already looking for a new job and looking to move. She was happy to leave. ERAC sucks the good right out of people. Rebecca is not two faced, she just had a job to do and only did what Rhonda asked her to do. Rhonda set everyone who worked with Dave Hummel up for failure and she wanted to fire all of them. She set her fangs into Raza, Montez, Rebecca, Tim French, Tim Hubmeier, John Wonicki, and the list goes on and on. If you really knew Rebecca you would know that she fought for the employees. Give her a break, she only did what she was asked to do by ERAC and when she stood up to them, they did what they always do, turn their backs!

If anything, you should be focusing your harsh words on Rhonda Wood and Patti Lis (Patty?); they are the problem

Give me a break and stop standing up for her. You must have kissed her ass when you were there. Everyone I knew who worked there when she did hated her! Nobody could stand her. She WAS 2 faced and she would rat anyone out at the drop of a hat. She didn't fight for her employees because if she did, she would have made sure that people were treated fairly, and trust me the employees were not treated that way.

Also, by the way, I heard that she was booted out of their like a sack of potatoes, it wasn't mutual. I don't know what line she gave you but you obviously fell for it!

You need to get a life! This was back in January...let the poor girl get on with her life. I am sure she feels the same way you all do about ERAC. We all only see one side of what happened and you shouldn't concern yourself with such petty things.

I can see that you kissed her ass then just like you do now!!! Bottom line was that she acted like the all powerful Genie, other managers let her get away with a lot of shit, and when Rhonda Wood came into town she knocked her back on her ass to let her know who was in charge. As far as I'm concerned what goes around comes around. She did a lot of nasty shit to others and it finally caught up with her. Rhonda however is another story on another blog, we'll leave it at that.
