Sympathy for Rebecca Pessel

I feel really bad for Rebecca, she worked her heart out and did everything she was supposed to do, by the book. For people like her and The Khan Man to get let go is dispicable. If ERAC just opened their eyes and saw that the top 99% of the people are let go or leave and the bottom feeders with no backbone to leave are the ones who stay.

I have no sympathy for someone like her. Apparently you only saw one side of her. You didn't get to see what she was really like; which was completely 2 faced. You obviously didn't do anything wrong in front of her. If you did I'm sure you would have never heard the end of it.

I feel really bad for her. She only did what she was asked to do; believe me I know, I was there every day. She is not 2 faced what so ever! Rhonda Wood is a sell out and threw anyone under the bus she could to get ahead. Rhonda is the one who messed up and wanted Rebecca to take the fall. Rebecca fought for the employees, you just didn't see it. She had a tough job to do. Rhonda is a BITCH! Watch out what you tell that new HR chic, she is just like Rhonda.
