Popper--- Don't sweat this douchebag. He is spouting his ERAC propaganda under many usernames. Funny how the name "truth" shows up in his usernames and he never speaks the "truth' ever.

Some people have to resort to personal attacks to justify their reasons for staying at Enterprise.....it simply shows the mentality that ERAC tries to train its employees to adopt upon hiring in.

Are you making it happen by eating dinner at McDonald's?? I would think someone with such money could at least afford Subway... I haven't eaten at McDonald's since I worked at the Green Factory (ERAC).

McDonald's is even a bit steep for they average E-Monkey. You can easily spend $7.00 on an extra value meal. He's "making it happen" by splitting the cost of a $5.00 Hot N Ready Little Caesar's pizza with the 3 other people in his branch, 5 days a week. That way, he's nourished for the rest of the day, and has a couple bucks left over for cheap beer afterward.

To the truthis...whatever...the "truth is" that you are completely brainwashed. Don't you know its a domino affect. They find reasons to get people out of that company and trust me, you'll eventually be there. So you do perform, well, that's great but what if your team doesn't. So they end up putting the blame back on you saying that you are not "developing your employees". But say you somehow do get promoted past a branch manager level (which by the way, when I was there I only saw about 3 people in a 3 year period do that), eventually they will find a reason to get rid of you. Yeah, you may think its great right now, but what is going to happen when you can't make it to one of your kids soccer games because daddy has to work late taking a car to a corp customer or has to make sure all the cars at the branch are clean for Monday. You really need to think about the things your missing out on because you have decided to dedicate your life to your employer. I got out almost 2 years ago, and trust me, it was well worth it. I am actually able to enjoy my life and I don't miss things that are important to me. If your happy, great, but when your kids start to resent you because your missing out on things that are important to them don't say someone didn't warn you.
