Default Have an interview today at ERAC NN,

Advice please! I have a decent job now, but it has no real future. I was impressed with the NN office and with the information I gathered on the website. Does anyone have any advice for me as I prepare for today's interview? What type of salary does a MT begin with? Tell all, please!

i don't see how you could be impressed with ERAC after reading this site, such as you claim.
if you have a decent job now under no circumstances should you leave it to work at ERAC...even if your current job has not future, it is still better.
their is no future at ERAC, don't buy into the corp spin.
the truth of the matter is that 65% of employees quit in the first year.
the ones who do "make it" (make it at erac means 40k) are the shit employees who toughed it out...
the MT pay is about 21k a year. it is not a salary, it is an hourly wage of around $8-9 per hour
plus the standard 20 hours a pay period in OT, you'll be pulling down around 28-30k, which equals out to about $800 every two weeks.
for 50+ hours a week.
total shit
