| Accept the fact that you, yes you, were of a percentage of unsatisfied customers. It is unfortunate that you feel this way, considering that at the end of every rental transaction a hard working employee will ask you " were you completely satisfied and, if one is not, was there anything WE ( being used collectively) could of done to make your experience better. What other company do you know of -that extends so much goodwill and help to their customers. GP23 is very proud of its situation, and we will continue to grow and become the best rental agency out there. It takes a lot of hard work to " invent the future" and its looks like erac is doing it. |

Okay you're lame..........and believe when I say that everyone hopes you stay at erac and never leave it, bc we (everyone) do not want to see you workin at our companies anytime soon. |

| keep in mind that this was started because some dude had to drive a truck for maybe 3 hours, and could of switched it after that time. should have taken advantage of the truck. now look at you. a salve to all the people who hate enterprise. you should rename this place..........uh...........the shit house.........because. you dont give a shit about one person but yourself. see ow easy that was. fyi- many of you ot there may read alot books or be book smart or just , but you dont know first thing about sales, but if your a good at it which obviously alot of you are not, judging by how mutch bitching goes on here, one can make alot of money at the rac. |

| Ok, I work for ERAC @ 2399. I love my job and have had to work my way up like many of us have. If I were to have stayed in rental, I probably wouldn't be working for rental anymore. I know the RVP's really well and work with all the regions very closely. I'm sure there is a better job out there but who can say that they enjoy waking up and going to work in the morning. Not many. Yes, the pay is not the best but I am lucky cuz I work with a great group, get some perks and have a great relationship with a lot of people. Yes rental is hard and a lot of comments on here about what goes on in the rental offices is true which does suck. I didn't agree with that philosophy which is part of the reason I left rental to go to the admin side. But oh well, hopefully things will change! |

| The fact of the matter is, when you are in the E-culture, things seem ok. You go hang out with people your age, get some drinks T&Eed, yada, yada. But when you get out, you realize the unnecessary stress associated with "not having a car for a reservation" is gone! You still have nightmares for a little while about being back in a branch and not having a car, but at least when you wake up, you don't have to go back to hell. I tore it up when I was managing 23AE, but it went largely unnoticed. Enterprise is great at what they do, I can't discount that. They are great at taking advantage of young people and creating the illusion that working your ass off is what it takes to move up (not true). They are great at making a profit and growing as a company. But there IS a reason their turnover is so high. The smartest of the MTs will realize THEY are better than the job. After I quit, I encouraged the MT who trained under me to do the same...and he did. I'm a much happier person now that I don't have to "pretend to be happy." I also no longer have to go through a long-winded explanation to justify to friends and family why my job is something worthwhile for me to be doing. I knew it wasn't in the first place, I just didn't want to feel like such a loser. Peace and Love. Erin Scott Hesse |

And I agree...Suzanne Bodine is a skank. Who was that other chick she shared a brain with again? __________________ Enterprise will always be around after you leave, for you, there will always be life after Enterprise |

| They were happy when I was there. But then, again, the retail Airport market is new to them and they run rental ratios as tight as an airlines schedule and passenger list |
