What's Happening At Admin's Branch In San Francisco?

Hello All,

Can anybody tell me what's happening at the 727 Folsom St. branch in San Francisco (the one honored with a photograph on the home page of FailingEnterprise.com and the one where most of these problems occured)?

I walked by the other day and saw a whiteboard up which said something like "We want you to be completely satisfied". As if.

FailingEnterprise.com has been up and running for a year. I have a few questions:

1. Do employees in this region know about FailingEnterprise.com?

2. Do employees in this region feel this branch is "cursed" and try to avoid working there?

3. Do customers come in and say "Hey, isn't this the branch mentioned on FailingEnterprise.com?"

I've got my asbestos underwear on so I'm ready for some serious flaming here if you're up for it...

No, It isn't cursed. The regional manager that ran it adopted a lovely blonde haired blue eyed four year old with his lover Steve, if I remember the name correctly. He was making 150k a year when I last inquired, so the boy and his two dads are doign well.

No one think the branch is cursed, and everyone know's its the branch from the website. It's a pretty decent branch to work for in area G. One of my good friends is the manager there now, and she's doing a very exceptional job. I don't work for the company anymore, but she's a great person.

I'm on good terms with the manager of the location where I now rent cars (it's only a few blocks away). A few months ago he told me that he'd recently had four additional customers from that Enterprise branch get so disgusted with the appalling customer service that they'll no longer rent there and had come to him.

I hope things are going well at that Enterprise branch, but they still seem to be driving away their customers.

This just in! Sav-On Manager tells customer that Wal-Mart gives bad service. You should probably delete this thread. You really don't come off good in this.
