I was a little more on the ball compared to you other former ERAC employees out there...I quit soon after I started. And I was a great employee! As a customer, I will rent from Enterprise every time. But as an employee I will always have a grudge against the culture of the company. When I worked in grp 23, everyone would always smile to your face and be buddy buddy with you. But the moment you were not around, and especially after you quit, the bad-talking began, even with those you thought you respected. I have a feeling a lot of the trash-talkers did it out of self frustration for the job. For those that claim ERAC quiters were not good enough and weed themselves out is illogical. That is the same as saying all homophobes are gay, or that the first one who smelt it dealt it. It may sound nice but anyone who is intelligent and not stubborn should know better. Honestly, to work at ERAC you have to be a little bit naive and not know better. And desperation for a job out of college does not help either. Yes there are a few success stories from ARM's and above management who got the $ they were looking for, but for the other 90% the $$ was or never will be there. The bad news is life should not be about money...it should be about happiness. Most likely, not working at ERAC helps. But ERAC has a system for employees, and as long as colleges shell out grads, ERAC will always have workers. P.S.- If Lenny Almaneck (sp?) can make it at ERAC, then an idiot can become president of the United States! Oh wait...we're screwed. I have never met a man who was more uninspiring.

Let me ask you a few questions: Are you recently out of college? Are you desperate for a job? Why are you going to ERAC? Are you unable to work elsewhere? See, its easy to get a job at ERAC because they need employees really, really bad. They don't turn as many people down as they say...the people who don't end up working at ERAC do their homework and realize how bad it is. And you want to believe them because HR seems really nice. But when Sylvia (or whoever higher up) offers you that job, it is only natural to feel good about yourself. Basically, the smarter you are, the worse the job is...at least most of the time. The manager and area manager's you interviewed with will constantly tell you with a big smile how much money you can make and how the job is filled with new challenges every day, and how everyone gets promoted all the time. But during this time, know that it will be a long, long, long process and you will become a different person (and not necessarily for the better). It's up to you what you want to do. Are you willing to sacrafice your personal life? And I truly mean "sacrafice."

Ahhhh Sylvia "F'N" Flores.....I always wanted to fuck her. Man she was hot, she's a real ball breaker and all the pansy ass area managers are afraid of her which makes her even hotter. I'm pretty sure JR's ugly ass has got his head way up her ass....when he's not screwing his MT's and his lackie Reggie who looks like an alcoholic version of Jeff Daniels. Hey JR, here's to saving your failed marriage and your 20 year run as the Area Manager who can't get promoted. It was fun...much luck to you.....glad I quit last month before you screwed me over.
