i hate how minivans come back so filthy. i wish i could tell the people that they r pigs

today i drove about 30 min to pick some guy up. he lived in a gated community and didn't tell us. i had no way of getting passed the gate and my pgone ran out of batteries so i had to drive all the way back to the branch. when i got there we called the guy and he started cursing and calling me stupid for not getting through the gate. that pissed me off so much!!! if you call for a pick up the u should be prepaired to have the gate open. i also hate how i always have to wait like 15 min for people to get ready. some of these people are dumb as rocks they expect me to just hand them the keys insted of driving them back to the branch to sign a contract and show ID. Also i drove some people today that didn't know where they where going and didn't speak english.

some of the stuff on this site is b/s, it says how all car preps are white trash and druggies. all of the car preps at our branch go to top notch colleges and just took this up as a part time job. and this is the best part time job ever. ill admit around the weekends it gets busy but tues wed and thurs all we do is sit around and we get paid for it. and i average $600 a week, that is more than some full time workers in other jobs get paid.

it also pisses me the fuck off when people come in fucking after 6 pm and ask for rides home. if you're going to come when we're fucking closed get a friend or call a cab how woudl you like if we came to your job after you're suppossed to go home and asked you to do more work. ass faces.

That is why they need to post hours of operation that close a half hour before since you know you'll be working past that time anyway.

A few years back, a customer phones the office, letting us know he was ready to get picked up. I get there, and his kid tells me he's in the shower.
