If you want to pursue this, the first step, I imagine, would be to keep accurate records as you go. It could be as simple as a single sheet of paper for each week. Write down your actual hours worked, what you put down on your timecard, and what you were actually paid for. If you did this on a daily basis and kept accurate records, I imagine this would be a very powerful piece of evidence to bring to court.

Should I prepare a standard weekly timecard tracking template and post it here on Failing Enterprise for employees to print out and fill out at home every week?

It seems to me that if a bunch of you had these accurate contemporaneous records it wouldn't be hard to find an attorney who could help you.

Timecard changing is really wrong and really illegal and is consistent with the Enterprise culture as I've been hearing about it. I'd be delighted to help you pound on them over this issue.

With reference to the above and inparticullar to keeping records, i have for the past 12 months been keeping records on numerouse issues within ERAC UK LTD.

It was my intention to leave ERAC in January 2005, however, i saw the light at the end of the tunnel and decided it was time ERAC felt it, i therfore kept my mouth shut and carried on with my normal day to day job at ERAC, during this time i have kept accurate details of the many breaches etc etc that occure on a day to day basis within ERAC.

I hope to leave ERAC during April 2006, when i finally take the plunge i will reveal my findings on this Website, with the permision of the Host, it will not contain specific names, just the truth about what happens at ERAC UK LTD, it will also be inline with the Human Rights Act particullar Freedom of Speech, more importantly it will be posted with my real name as the registered user, this way if anyone wants further information they can contact me.

For your information i intend to Post a thread named "A YEAR IN THE LIFE OF AN ERAC UK LTD EMPLOYEE" nearer the time, when i have left ERAC, i have also already seeked legal advice on my intentions and as long as the comments are not defamontry and do not contain personal names etc they should not be a problem, My solicitor is also willing to take my personal case on, if i decide to, obviously i will be !

I only hope that when i publish my findings it will help the many other unhappy employees and customers persue channels through the legal system.

Watch this space ERAC UK LTD big brother is watching you !

"The Wizord is here to help everyone"

Many thanks ADMIN without you this would have been more difficult to complete, keep up the good work.

Easiest way to keep track of your time is to print the screen every day after you enter your time. Then compare those screen shots with what was approved at the end of the pay period.
