My branch deals with the Enterprise on Hillside Ave and the one on Rockaway Blvd in queens. Both have cool people working there.

Both Flushing and Bayside are decent areas to work at. Both offices made money when I worked at FF. Could not tell you if the same holds today. By the way.....do you live near that area? If you do, then its not so bad. If you have to commute a while, I would pass.

I have to go on the interview @ the branch. I just got married and my wife just had a baby. I have been reading this site and jobvent.com. All have said dont do it long hours not enough pay and so on. I really was just looking for a good ground floor with a good company. I dont mind working hard but not if its going to make me crazy. I already had a job like that and I would never do that again. Another company offered mw a position less hours mon thru fri a little less pay but with commission and great benefits with real growth and I have done searchs on the other company and they are very solid. Thanks for everybodys help.

Ditch ERAC and go for the other job. Even if it is for a few dollars less. Believe me, I am sure that this company will give you a bonus which will be a hell of a lot higher than what they give at ECRAP.

Also, you will be working fewer hours which means more time with your wife and new born. Go to ECRAP and it will be less and less you get to see them.

11357, you must not be a real leader if you are not sure on what you need to do. You need to make your own decisions. You can not get advice from a website that is tailored for disgruntled employees and customers. Your leadership is clearly questionable and you probably will not last at Enterprise. Go work at Starbucks on 20th avenue
