That's great that you're content, but erac true to their nature will not let a good thing last. I worked in a branch where all of us were on the same page, worked well together, had lots of fun, and started turning the office around. And of course the brain trust that was the upper management decided to break up that team and dispersed some of us to other branches. The reason..ultimately to 'help the team'. How many of those employees that were part of that team are still with erac? The same number of people that watched the John McEnroe show.......0

Live it up while ya can. Erac is the Grinch and the employees are the Who's. But erac will not realize its flaws and their heart will never grow three times its size.

not that the job was bad. but i just got tired of lying: sorry, that car is in the shop it needed an oil change, or drivers are in traffic, or the dirver was bringing the car and was in an accident... etc. etc. etc. some managers are so fake and some are so dumb. one good area manager out there but not much else
