I bet if you contacted all the employees Craig either forced out or burned out, this site would hit maximum capacity. I really think corporate needs to investigate this jerk. I don't think they realize, we are customers now and not employees. They always said that one unsatisfied customer would tell 7 others and then the domino effect was in place. I say this, I will never rent a car from Enterprise again until Craig Eagleson is FIRED!!!!!

I always love hearing this statistic. I'm an unsatisfied customer and this site got visited by 12,000 unique IP addresses last month.

admin you should love that qoute, because you are the greatest example on how 1 upset customer it can spread like wild fire. people have to realize that the stat works like this. 1 customer who is upset tells 10 people about there bad experience. hence the 10 other people spread the word and this starts a never ending cycle. so this website should never slow down. keep up the good work, i will spread the word on erac.

No need to apologize; it wasn't a criticism. I was just pointing out that if you can make a good web site, an unsatisfied customer can multiply the communications power tremendously and rather than telling just seven, or twenty friends, I told 12,000 last month alone. How Enterprise puts up with this, I have no idea. Their current growth and profitability must blind them to criticism.

At some point market saturation and competition will slow their growth and profitability and then they'll start looking at the other aspects of their business, and then they'll say "Failing Enterprise, WTF? When did that happen?"

yes right on, and craig eagelson out in north jersey region hurts that so much with his managerial skills. he is hated by evryone, even his own wife, because she is on this website also, under wife's he get cheated on by other erac employees. way to be a team plaayer craig eagelson. keep this thread alive

Hey, I'm all about hating Craig. I don't like the guy. But I think that we should leave the wives and kids out of these kind of threads. Going after a guys wife and kids is just wrong. Stick with the fact that Craig's management makes people suffer at work. That should be the focus.

Craig gave me my grill, what a tool. He was so arrogant and made me feel like I was an idiot if I didn't know a question. Afterwards I realized how much smarter I was than him and left the company shortly after. I am now working for a company that appreciates me and I am so happy. I actually have free time to have a life now.
