Lori LaRocca

I want those out there who do work for Lori LaRocca or are interviewing and meet up with her to know what she is really about. I want to explain that she is a really BAD manager and person.

I just want those of you out there to know she is the most conniving, deceitful, mean hearted person around. She does not like you having a family life. She wants you devoted to her and to her partying and heavy drinking lifestyle. She has successfully brainwashed so many. It's hard to see friends become a part of her cult. The thought of her makes me shutter - even after all these years. If you feel like you have been wronged by her, you probably have. So don't think that it's you because it is her! She is only concerned with her bottom line and does not care about you. So be prepared to fend for yourself.

First of all, you spelled 'shudder' wrong. Unless you meant it like window shutter, which doesn't make much sense. Secondly, Lori is a very good manager. Can you really blame someone for putting their own best interests first? Isn't that why we are here? To make money? To provide for our families? If you need someone to hold your hand through making a career for yourself, you will not succeed at any job. Lori tells it like it is and let you know where you stand at all times. Hey there Fed Up. You are correct in your assessment of Ms. LaRocca. I had a similar experience with her a few years ago (7 years) and it sounds like she has not changed. I whole heartedly agree that she does not support those with a family life because it takes away from her bottom line. If you are devoted to a family you can not be devoted to her. However, she does fit in perfectly at Enterprise - probably why she has been there so long.

Most of us finally see through her fake facade and see her for who she truly is. There is so much written about her on this website - we are not alone in how we feel about her. It's a comfort to know there are many many many others out there she has screwed over as well. So don't ever feel that it was your fault - she loves to play the blame game.

Life after Enterprise is so wonderful. Don't worry about those friends that were sucked in by ERAC. Move on and leave them behind. I had to and I don't regret it.
