Hmm....remarkable as how a great man (albeit very controversial) in a large corporation can lose his job and the aftermath of it greatly affects said large corporation. Though in Corporate America we the little people are expendable all it needs is one to have a large following.

Before you know it all the tired, the poor, the hungry masses of ERAC will wear green silhouette shirts with Rich Lordi's face on it similar in fashion to the flags of Lenin.

Makes me think of the idea for my new book, titled, "Richard Lordi, A Corporate Revolutionary For Our Times."



BTW Mr. Lordi when my work is published and complete I will gladly sign and hand-deliver your copy.

OK, nothing against Rich Lordi or anything but think the whole blog is stupid. I guess people just can't seem to let go. Rich is gone, he's making more money in a week than what you e-chimps can make in a year.

Don't worry, the people at ERAC will get what's coming to them someday.

i agree i think it is stupid as well but entertaining. i am def gone and yesterdays news there is no doubt about that. i wish is was making more in a week than most erac people make in a year. i got a great offer but not that great...-rl

When we heard Rich was let go by ERAC we thought he did something so bad that it would get Andy Church in trouble. Upon hearing it was because of something little we knew something was wrong. After reading the thread about a certain RRM we all know the truth now. Doesn't surprise any of us. Go figure.

negative, postive, what?

Amazes me that this company would kill the goose that lays golden eggs. Any other company would've at worst written him up but most common thing is a slap on the wrist. ECRAP keeps this trend up they'll be stuck with garbage for management, one thing they should learn is that employee turnover costs a lot of money.

And Rich tell me something, ECRAP didn't contest your unemployment claims when you filed because they knew they did something shady, they usually fight your claim and make up lies but to no avail.

It's not "many" people found out the truth, it's everyone found out the truth.
