honestly, overall i still believe it is a solid company. erac is a family run industry leader and that says alot. just like every other fortune 500 company, they are not perfect. i believe erac has the core foundation and infrastcuture that every successful company must have. in my opinion, where erac falls short is their inability to adapt with the times. the turnover is incredible and there are many reasons for it. erac does a terrible job acknowledging this and does very little to combat it. $32,500 for college grads just is not gonna cut it. They will never attract top teir talent with that. $42,500 for assistants and $50-$55k for managers is just not competitive anymore with what other companies are offering for top talent. "6 figures in 6 years" is simply not true. in ee, only 2 arms over $100k. the hours and stress are very high. and far too much of the managers paycheck is determined by factors out of their control such as flip, reserves, corp overhead. also, i really believe that employees opinion of enterprise comes directly from upper management in ee. thats all they know. so, if employees are unhappy its because there are issues on the table and they are not getting addressed or resolved. thats a management issue. i can go on and on..-rl

The second was a BM in Group 17 who got canned for manipulating the 2pm count and they appealed his claim three times only to lose three times - the first appeal the UI office said they couldn't substantiate "fraud," the second and third appeals they didn't show up in person, claiming they "didn't get the [appeal] letter." The reason why they fight these things IMO is that they go through so many people like changing socks, they probably have so many claims against them that they're trying to keep their taxes from going up. It also depends on how much of the state's UI pool was drained from these claims. So when you lost the second appeal what did they say to convince the arbitrator? They didn't say you committed a crime or something, did they? Also did you have to give back the money you got from unemployment beforehand? |

Yeah, everyone knew the truth and people are leaving en masse after that not because of Rich Lordi but because they can't trust upper management anymore for fear the same can happen to them.

Read this blog: http://www.failingenterprise.com/for...er-center.html A lot of real companies out there are not taking ERAC seriously anymore.

Some one put this munchkin back in the box and take him down to a bodyshop or something. Let's keep it really real. Why the hell is everyone kissing this guys ass? Are all the previous posters fat chicks trying to get a shot. Look, its not that hard. Just show up to a happy hour at Lordi's new job and let him know you are of the "over 200" variety and you're in. Lordi, because I don't know, what the hell made you such a good manager? Please don't say OP, because I know what you did to "adjust" those numbers. Don't ask me to explain that because you know all the shady shit you used to do, brother. So, what else did you do that was worth mention? That is not rhetorical. If this is an open forum, please respond with examples. While we are keeping it real, lets continue. If you're such a genius as many posts contend, why the hell did you take the position at Colonia when you knew Hogan hated your guts. He did, obviously. Secondly, if you were the Second Coming, why were your numbers there shit. A flagship office will distinguish the fakers from the players, and well. Also, your whole staff hated you. You hid in the back office all day like you did at every other office, and you left your staff to drown in the "trenches". Oh, but you did have time to chop trees down in the parking lot. That is a good manager. But you were the most arrogant s.o.b. I knew. You acted like Jack Taylor himself the way you wobbled around Admin and such, talking to your superiors like they were on equal playing fields. Sooner or later (see Hogan above) you were going to meet your match. Enterprise, Wendy's, McDonald's--wherever you are working, you can't act outside of your rank, or someone will readjust you. I think you drank a little too much of your own Kool Aid, huh?
