Shouldn't your supposed "prior misconduct" be relevant to why you were fired? There was an AM who was fired for improper underwriting, yet when they tried to fight his claim they didn't have a leg to stand on because all they used against him was his poor sales numbers and the UI office said that was irrelevant to why he was fired.

What else did they say other than "taking a larger car home?" I don't see how that's relevant to why you were fired so they should've lost the claim.

not sure why they happend to convince the arbitrator, we both seemed very unprepared. doesn't really matter, they accomplished nothing except avoiding a tax hit. i could have appealed myself but wasn't worth it, i still recieved full UI benefits.-rl

As far as your branch numbers, lets talk. 6E is an absolute joke. All you had to do is shop up. I'll have to look at your numbers tomorrow to see what you really did. Is that really a branch.

And EG. Lobello was an idiot. And I'm pretty sure the last two managers at EG have triple crowned something like 9 out of the last 12 months. Were your numbers THAT good? HMMMM.

And 71. Last time I checked, meeting last year's numbers is not excelling. Sounds more like getting by. And getting by does not get you to the next level.

Let's also be honest about this big girl thing. There's quite a few big girls under your belt, that I know of. It's not fair to name names. But just because you bang a hot chick here or there, it does not cancel the big ones out.

let me the first to call you out right now. i for sure was not any anytime unethical with numbers. you have zero proof and are just making false claims. anyone can do that. your right about one thing, i am smart. smart enough to call bullshit on your claims. yeah 6e is really a branch, and did i mentioned when i was there i single handedly closed bound brook ford to the tune of 45 deals a month! oh did i mention i got cesar promoted to manager to was a career assistant until i got a hold of him. so yeah, dont talk down on 6e cause its a solid branch. as for eg yeah my numbers were outstanding! i was the manager who turned it into a powerhouse. dont you remember how many awards i walked away with at casino night?? i did that from eg so yeah my numbers were that good! at 71 i beat my numbers each and every month. i always had higher op, i more often than not grew. i did struggle with esqi there, not gonna lie. double check the numbers, im not lying. you are such a hater with the girls comments. we all know it is not true. i have been very fortunate to be with some very amazing girls in the past and im very lucky to be with the one im with now. ask around or read some of the prior comments in other threads if your so interested about the "quality". your such a coward for not identifying yourself.

As for Henry Hong he's still single and making $250k annually, why does he want to get promoted to RVP when he has a lot of money already? I think he's too greedy and maybe getting rid of you he thought he'd reduce his personnel expense because you were the most profitable, meaning you get a much higher commission check. Like you said a penny wise and a dollar foolish.

The company figures they can fire people en masse or drive them out some other way so new people can fill seats. Keep in mind ERAC will get their due someday. And there is an ass for every seat.

hey! i think im gonna put all comments here, just easier for me. henry is making great money but he def wants to get promoted. its a challenge. a chance to run his own region. i dont blame him for wanting to get promoted. if i were him, i would be trying to do the same. he did not get rid of me because of my salary. although, i was one of the highest paid managers my salary was driven by commission. therefore, the more i made, the more everyone above me made. so it doesn't really work the way i think you think it does. thanks for the post..-rl

If he was such a fuckin' genius he would have sued the monstrous $9-billion/year company that supposedly fired him without valid reason. He's a crybaby, who has such a sore ass from the whole thing, that he started this blog to bring out all his worshippers, half of who don't even know the whole fuckin' story behind him and his downfall. He won't tell u his shady business practices, or how he hid behind closed doors on his cellphone while his final stop at Enterprise ran into the ground. He just wants to hear his praises on a site that is embraced by disgruntled employees too pussy to get the fuck out and move on.
