This is what I heard...so do not hold it against me if part of it is not 100% accurate. He got fired for no real reason. That stupid cunt Danielle Cozzatti made a point of telling her lover HH that Lordi treated her "unfairly" by calling out on a Saturday and making the princess come in to work. Such a rough life she must have when she's up late doing nose each night with all her buddies and smoking those nasty ass Marlboror Reds. So she decided to quit and throw him under the bus in her exit interview, for no real reason! Calling out does not make you a bad manager. I don't get why he is getting so much heat on this board. If anything good came out of his firing it was getting that nasty faced AM of his to leave ERAC and make it a little bit better.

let me say this..your not too far off. however, not sure i agree with your choice of words, but i did call her out for not showing up to work on a saturday. she gave me a garbage story for why she could not work saturday. ironically, i had spoken to her at 2am friday night. she was clearly drinking and at a party. as i kept probing for the truth and trying to get to the bottom of this, she said i was asking her too many questions and harassed her for calling out. i was just doing my job. i asked her some questions and her shoddy answers led me to ask more questions. don of all people told me i overstepped my bounds. ever call out on a monday while working for don? he calls your cell phone 5 times. screams, yells, tells you how unacceptable it is, how you dont care about your business/career. any employee whoever worked for this guy can attest that this is true. dont believe me, just ask them! just weeks before she quit, she was called to hr because her name was mentioned in another exit interview. then she was put on driving probation for the next for the next 18 months. ironically, i was the one trying to convince her not to quit. this is not the entire story but just some details about the situation. -rl
