no problem! yeah, mattone sent out an e-mail to all level 3's informing them i was fired. they were specifically instructed not to talk about it with anyone and if they had any questions/concerns they needed to address them with mattone directly. since when does that ever happen? when i found that out, i knew something stunk...-rl

Frankly I used to have respect for Mattone and especially Don when he was the ARM of S. Neither one of these men (include Henry here) did anything to me directly to earn my disrespect.

After firing Lordi like every Level I or II in the company we thought he got the axe for something so horrible (like commit murder). Then as I heard more and more stories behind his firing I have just one thing to say - I am embarrassed to say I once looked up to John Mattone and Don Hogan. End of statement.

Is it true you slept with Lori LaRocca. That is the only way to explain her undying loyalty to you. They shouldn't have fired you but who did you ever get promoted? Certainly not Tony Williams.

Rich it May be hard for some to reply if they are still with the company. You may have friends from ERAC. Trust me when I tell you. You were hated as well. You come off cocky to people who don't know you. It may be because of your height I see that alot from short Men. They have to over compensate.

lori and i never slept together. i am a big fan of lori and feel the criticism she recieves is unwarranted. we actually had it out once at eq, she gained alot of my respect for putting me in my place. i agree, i shouldn't been fired either, but what can you do-not the end of the world. i'd like to think i got alot of people in my day promoted. current managers that come to mind: frank gentile and cesar arriaga. -rl

i understand it may be difficult for some to post that still work at erac. yes, i still have many friends i would consider life-long. i never said i was an angel and loved by everyone. i understand some people really didnt care for me. i understand that i can come off a bit arrogant. however, people that get to know me and understand my personality realize i'm a good guy. my parents are 100% to blame for my height-damn them! -rl

I've been with E a long time. I remember seeing you next to Mattone and thinking you were a mini version of him. Wasn't a fan of his at the time, either. I was shocked when you were fired because if you're liked you CAN commit murder and get away with that. No one can deny it and call themself honest. He obviously liked you. It was a surprise to me and everyone did what they were told: Kept their mouths shut.

i thought i had the support of mattone and henry. i was performing well and generating significant op. i clearly misjudged their loyalty. i wasn't planning on not get fired because i was a producer or because they liked me. i was confident that the facts of my case would prove i was in the clear. ironically, if i could do it all over again-i would handle the situation the exact same way. -rl

Listen, I'll admit when I'm wrong and it's possible I had you pegged all wrong. I KNOW for a fact that it's all in who you know and who likes you. Been there/done that. Mattone always made it clear who he liked and did not like & though I don't go around talking about him at all, I'm glad he's gone from EE. I'm so far a fan of Henry's but I don't know a lot about him. He's certainly more people-oriented and friendly. I like Lori a lot too. I'm hoping the change in personnel is for the better. Couldn't have been much worse, let's put it that way.
ANYWAY, I got side tracked...my point was that if you got a raw deal, then that sucks and I'm sorry. No one deserves to get shafted. On the other hand, I'm willing to bet you're a happier person now than you were.
