If you didn't get fired with all the shit that's going on you'd have left regardless. Add that the rental car industry at large is tanking thanks to inflated gas prices, and the bullshit that goes on in 24EE the way Henry's running it doesn't make things easier. No ESQi bonuses anymore either.

Your correct, I probably would have left given the current climate of the industry. I truly believe the days of making enough compensation to justify the hours and stress are gone.

You seem to pick up on learning any business and its principles in less time than it would take a college graduate who goes to business school for four years. How are you doing this? If you have any "School of Lordi" business philosophies post them here, just like how you emailed Frank on turning a branch profitable.

You should go to grad school and get a PhD, get your journals and dissertation published 'cuz we'd all read it.
