That's not true....see the Ryan Nodes thread. It's very easy to get fired. You don't even have to try real hard. As long as your RVP has it out for you, you can get fired for just about anything. I'm sure Ryan's enjoying his vacation on "E". Lucky bastard!

It's true, if you get on your RVP's shit list you are done. I missed an BRM interview cause I was sick, forgot to let my ARM know and all of a sudden 2 weeks later I am put on 90 day notice for my numbers. What a crock!! Same numbers that hadn't changed in a year, but all of a sudden I am now being held accountable for them. To top it off, this location was being managed by the other ABRM for the majority of the time.

Good enough numbers to throw for my own branch until they no longer want to keep you around.

In proper ERAC speak, "It is what it is."

I'm guessing, by your location, that you are formerly of Group 20 as well. I can't imagine it's much better now than it was 4 years ago....lol.
