We are an independent car rental company with 6 New Jersey locations. We have been in business since 1982, and are seeking an experienced rental car pro for a store manager position at a our new facility.

Put that Enterprise experience to work in an independently owned and operated local car rental company. We're expanding into a new location based in a large body shop. Be part of our growth and put that Enterprise experience to work for a company where you're hard work will be rewarded. We're also too small to have the kind of politics and beurocracy that you might be used to with Enterprise. That being said, we are a competitor of Enterprise, realize what a tough competitor they are and have respect for the training and skills they develop in their people. This is why we thought posting an ad here might work.

We're looking for an ex-Enterprise person with management experience, who brings the ability to market to and cultivate long term account relationships with insurance agents and adjustors, body shops, dealerships, hotels and other referral sources. Our newest location is based in a body shop, but will serve retail customers as well, so experience qualifying over the phone and at the counter is a must.

I think people are seeing this as a setup Mr. Jersey, you do not give a real phone number or even a company website.

I can appreciate your hesitation, but in this case we feel it wouldn't be prudent to disclose everything in such a public forum.

We have reasons for being discrete here, and they mainly have to do with the impact a posting like this might have on our current employees and our not wanting to tip off our competition about our plans for expansion or to draw the ire of ERAC corporate. Hopefully you can understand that discretion is important in this case.
