im not familiar with what exactly dx is and im guessing erac is self-insured but if a police report was initiated for whatever reason for internal documentation purposes and you have exact dates and vehicle information, i know in some states it is anywhere from a misdemeanor to a felony for initiating a false report. if so, then a little effort on your part can possibly go a long way and you can sit back and laugh while watching everything unfold.
