The entire region is going to shit!! No ONE is making any serious money anymore. Don's area to turning to shit just like most areas in EE. My days are numbered here but i can't wait till Don is moved to remarketing or car sales where the rest of the failure ARMS go to rot!

this may be but Laurie Larocca is a lot worse, if they gave out awards for creating hostile working environment she'd win everything. all she does is scream at people and it doesn't matter if it is behind closed doors because customers cans still hear it.

Don is a great manager, let's be clear about this. If you are lazy and do not want to work hard to achieve results, he is not the ARM for you. The gripe I have about him is that I brown-bagged it one day, and someone stole a ho-ho, banana, and a roast beef sandwich out of the bag. It was only me and hogan in the office, noone else. By the way he left the peanut butter crackers.
