Don Hogan Sucks!

Don Hogan is a fat piece of shit! He does not have a clue how to manage people of a business! He is a tyrant who shits on all of his employees. I work in Area B and i can vouch that 90% of his area thinks he is a piece of shit!

Wait a minute, I used to work for Don Hogan and he was the best area manager I had. He put his employees ahead of himself and always kept everyone happy.

As much as I hated working for this company and wasted a year of my life here at least I can differentiate who in this company helped me and who screwed me over. Lots of assholes work in this company but Don Hogan's not one of them.

Wait a minute! I used to work for Don Hogan as well. This guy is the biggest jerk off i have ever met. He treated us like dogs. I only lasted less than a year working for this guy. He treated all of us like babies with little professionalism. Don cares about Don, thats it. He is notorious for bossing around his branch managers and treating them like scum. I did not envy my branch manager at all and actually lost a lot of respect for him for dealing with Don's shit. I can honestly say he was the driving force behind me quiting!

Good to see someone finally call him out for the selfish man he is. "He put his employees above himself?" Yea, at other area manager's expense. Don pushed and promoted and pushes and promotes people who suck donkey ass to the rest of the region. Rather than be honest with his own people and tell them they suck, he gets them promoted so they can make another area manager's life a living hell. But hey...makes Don look good...he got someone promoted. Maybe I won't even call him selfish...can not confirm that...but his actions seem to indicate so, or he can be a bad manager.

None of this matters people...he is a golden boy. The truth does not matter at ERAC, only numbers do. Does the man have good numbers? If he does...then all these posts are a waste of your energy. If his numbers suck, then in time he will be moved somewhere. If his numbers are good..and he is getting people promoted, regardless of wheter they suck or not, uppers will be impressed with him. If he is passing trash and doing it well...he will look good, the receiving manager's will suffer...this is how the game plays. Honesty and Integrity are are thier way of life....

Let me take a minute to analyze Don Hogan as an Area Manager. This guy has zero managerial skils. He uses fear and intimidation to boss us around. He has no clue how to motivate, train or develope employees. For this reason alone by definition he is a bad manager. Maybe its because he has no higher education and never sat in 1 business class. Yeah, thats right newly hired Mt's have a college degree and this guy doesn't!! He creates such a hostile work environment that people, start to hate Enterprise. All the other area managers in our region dislike him and his "I know it all attitude". Half of admin can't stand him cause he makes an issue out of everything. This guy will never make it as an RRM or RVP. Time for this piece of shit to go back to selling jewelry and bouncing at Bar A on the weekends...
