its up and running. They did it real quietly. Of course they are so disorganized with everything. Even with that if I hung around till now thery would still be underpaying me and probably ask me to do even more work than I already did before leaving.

Did FF open there new location in Dumbo Brooklyn? My guess is that they did since there is a XX region. __________________ ''Perfection is immortal. Imperfection is mortal. We immortals don't want company.''

Just a little FYI for everyone. 24FF is going down a shit hole! From the beginning of the year until present time, so many people have left the company in FF. It just gets worse and worse. The new RVP: Brian Sohalski, who replaced Scott vaccaro is a cheap bastard! He is willing to cut down on bonuses and not grant well deserved raises just for the sake of cost-savings. Of course that only applies to the Level 1 and Level 2 employees. All level 3 employees are sitting pretty on their 6 figure paychecks while level 1's and 2's do all the work and not get paid for it. I left the company after 3 years and I am so happy that I did. I started of as an MT fresh out of college like everyone else and I regret staying that long. Then, I got shafted with my Profit Sharing balance. But you know what? In less than 3 months I increased my base salary by $21K. It's a damn shame that I was with ERAC for 3 years and did a lot more work than I am doing now and I am getting paid $21,000 more, plus attire is business casual and I don't have to spend thousands of dollars on suits anymore. My boss now is genuine and I don't have to walk around the office with a smile on my face all the time and shaking everyone's hand just because it might jeopardize my promotion. I don't have to feel bad coming in at 9am and leaving at 5pm because THAT IS MY WORK SCHEDULE!!! I used to come to work at 8:30am and leave at 6pm and feel guilty because God forbid I left before my boss, I wasn't a teamplayer. I feel like I can breathe now and although I left ERAC, I have to say that it worked well on my resume. So- thanks for that! Good Luck to those who are still there and maybe one day you can open your eyes and realize- IT'S NOT WORTH IT! Stop praying you'll be the next to get promoted and even if you are, you'll then have to work 8am-6pm M-F and one Saturday of the month. Sincerely- Happy to be gone!!!
