Anyone working in 24HH, specifically upstate NY? I worked at a couple branches there last year and was wondering if some of my buddies are still there.

Agreed on wilk he is a solid dude, although his counterpart sohalski is a piece of garbage. He is a classic example of a boss sitting back letting his employees do all the work and I do mean all the work and take credit for things he had no part of. When u look up leadership in the dictionary you certainly will not see a picture of sohalski, or corbo for that matter.

Brian Sohalski is doing the same in 24FF. I do not know how he got promoted to RVP. he is a real idiot and loves to embarras his employees. He is the worst promotion I have ever seen in Group 24. But believe me, Andy Church is not stupid, Andy sic Todd on him!! I assure you that Todd Stockton is going to be up his ass.

Todd, if you read this. Do not let Brian try to get close to you. He is a manipulator and he never wanted you to get the spot, trust me. He is very fake and will sell you on shit he is not doing. Also, the regional manager, John "RAGS" Ragiemierski is a real idiot. Been around 17 years and he got promoted. A real dumb ass, nice guy but real freaking dumb!You can see the difference between the management of the last RVP, not to mention the results of 24XX kicking 24FF's ass every month!!! Brian Solhalski will be forced to early retirement, trust me. He will be with Steve Lowe and dave Martilla!

I can not begin to tell you how much I hate this company. The people there work over 50 hours a week and are not paid for the time they work. They start off making $31,000.00 per year and you have the RVP making over $750,000.00 per year. The "Green Monster" is killing you all and you dont see it. Look at your life and the life's of the people who care and love you. You are leaving them behind and you cant see past the "Green Monster" brain washing. Your upper management does not care how hard you work or the amount of time you spend at the branch. Do you think your RVP or your regional rental manager works 50 hours a week or on Saturday? I am sure they both dont even recall what it is like to work all those hours and look at the cash this guys pull in. When all is said and done you need to think who will really be there for you when you need them, is it the great "Green Monster" or is it your family and friends? Ask yourself that question and if you are honest with yourself the answer will be simple. Your family and friends will be there for you after the chew you up and spit you out. Now think how you are treating the these people. The broken promises, the family dinners, your children, and most of all your "LIFE". What will your children remember? The time you spent working or the time you went to there school plays? The people who love you will only be pushed so far and after you but them on hold for the 100th time "WE WILL NOT BE THERE" for you. We see it and all we can hope is that at some point you will also.

So if you still work for enterprise why don't you quit and move on with your life? If you don't why don't you just move on with your life...you left why do you look back and post on a site about how much you hate enterprise. Instead of spending time at work your now spending it bitching online. At least at work you made money and could bust your ass to the top. Yes our jobs suck from time to time. Especially when you have bad managers. When you have good management car preps and a good flex schedule its really not that bad. Suck it up and stop being a pansy bitch. If you you can't take it quit if you already quit or got fired move the fuck on with your life and stop posting about how bad you had it!!
