Craig Eagleson was the WORST area manager in DD. He got promoted orignially simply by kissing ass. He does not have one ounce of business sense. Be very careful when dealing with this prick. He loves to use business cliche's, i.e. "think outside the box" and "step it up". The only way to succeed with Craig is to basically kiss his ass as long and hard as you can. He will run anyone out of ERAC he doesn't like. It won't matter if you have good numbers or not. If this dickhead doesn't like you, even if it's a little bit, you will be fired. Craig is a shady person. Ask Craig about his infamous Warnock deal in which he kept over 30 cars on rent after they were returned and charged the dealership an extra day or two. You will see a mass exodus of employees after three months. Be very careful. I do not envy any of you. You are going to be managed by the Devil himself.

P.S.
Craig, just because you got lucky and got promoted, doesn't mean you don't have skeletons in your closet that will haunt you in a new area. I'm not going to let up!

You guys are going to have a serious issue with this Eagleson fella. He has completely unreasonable expectations and takes absolutely NO accountability for his actions. Let us in DD know how he is treating you all. It'll be good to hear from you. We've got LOTS of stories about him!

didn't get to meet him. KK was a dumbass and thought he was coming to visit the offices where in reality he was coming to give his one-on-one to KK. I heard he is coming soon though.
