impounded cars in area H??? (lower ny area)

i was looking at area H today, and, i saw that a few cars were IMPOUNDED...

A) HOW THE FUCK DO THEY GET IMPOUNDED
B) WHO THE FUCK IS DRIVING THESE CARS
C) HOW MUCH DAMAGE IS DONE TO THEM
D) WHAT IDIOT IS RENTING THESE CARS OUT TO LET THIS HAPPEN???

You know drug dealers DO have credit cards so when they want to make that run to NYC, the lower ny area is a great place to rent a car, make your trip, get pulled over by cops, and then get our cars impounded. In fact there are quite a few drug dealers who live in HH.

HH used to have an unspoken rule; Do not rent to black people from Schenectady over the weekend. I don't know if they still practice this, but I was told this was they way we operated.

i would ALWAYS LOOK IN HH ((POUGHKEEPSIE??)) and see ALOT of IMPOUNDED CARS!!

Un authorized drivers getting pulled over in cars.. idiots leaving them parked places where they get towed. A car getting impounded really isn't anything that hard to figure out as to why it happens. Not only drug dealers get them impounded although that does happen often. H3 is poughkipsie not wappigers falls.
