Good luck
what is that supposed to mean? You sound like someone in Upper Managemeent, being someone that only cares about retention and dollars in their pocket. I am just tired of being talked to like I am a moron. Instead of someone who has a college degree and is a actual person. Not just someone who rents cars cuz they cant find anything better. I hate service writers who are a$$holes and I hate people who dont pay for their bills or charge things back.

First of all, retention and money are the only things that matters in any job. And second you are a moron because having a college degree don't mean shit anymore, my hamster is graduating this spring. I am so glad that having a degree is worth nothing due to these institutions of higher education handing out diplomas like candy. Social promotion is the only way these idiots coming out of school today get anything. Plus these millenials bitch and moan about any task ask of them cause their mommy said they don't have to do anything they don't want to because they are special people. So quit your bitching and wash my car, this is why I won't hire any ex erac employees any longer. They used to be worth looking at but now they are all the same little crybabies. And most are dumber than my last bowel movement.
