Employees quitting more than ever?

I don't know about the rest of you but haven't you all noticed retention is dropping like a rock lately. People are reallying putting there foot down and telln management to f*ck off and quit. I'm loving it right now b/c they have no idea on how to approach the situation and how to "shield" the few new employees coming in from seeing everything go to shit.

What do ya'll think about this?

Can't really give away where b/c otherwise you'd know who I am.

Lets just say I've seen a good half dozen quit in the last year, including a few managers.

It's funny how if we give an explanation for our poor actions it's an excuse, which ERAC doesn't tolerate. But when management (when I say that I mean ARM's and up) are ef'n up, it's not.

I quit two weeks ago. I now have a job that I'm shocked to say-I like. Its bewildering to think that this is the first time in over two years that I can say I like what I do every day.

I have heard talk of area managers leaving up there in HH. Anyone heard anything about that?

What do most people that leave Erac do? I have been so brainwashed I dont know what I would do next? And I just have this dream of making alot of money but I cant see me doing it with Erac.

Work harder at the things that will make a difference. Did you offer the upgrade to every customer today? Did you offer slp to everyone? Did you sit down with your employees and discuss their career today? If you didn't answer yes to all of those questions then that is why you are unhappy.
