24xx is just salary control at its best, another pyarmid is formed and the bottom feeders pay the price...... I here stories of a mass exedous in the near future...... They will not know what hit them ......The New york group has negative fleet growth but look at all the opprotunity..most people in grp 24 just got a 50% reduction in pay ......compare feb 2005 to feb 2006....but atleast you got a new titles... Suckers

if your not a "boy" of one of the bigshots in xx, you're not getting promoted, don't matter how great your numbers are compared to the dickwad who is interviewing with you for the same position. If your not Christian or Frank or Anwar or Scott's "boy", you aint going anywhere upward in NYC.

Sometimes, you may get a nice looking title, MA or AM, but you probably will make less than if u were still a MT, and do a shit load more work, and get reemed on much more by one of those bigshots mentioned up there.
