Car Preps

being a former prep, i agree preps get worked to shit. now that im in the office since i have "moved up" if you can call it that, i really began to see the audacity of the white collar employees to boss around the preps. but you know i've always been he enterprise outcast. i've topld customers that i will not give them DW and the such. all in all fuck erac. this company promotes nothing but their boy's. it has nothing to do with your numbers or interview's its mister enterprise over at admin that says hey lets have him go there and see how he does since he's my boy. well fuck you mister enterprise! O and btw idk if you guys read your email often but i;m really fuckin sick of this wow the customer horseshit. way to go guys thatnks for wowing our customers again. fuck this shit why dont you guys just go suck off Scott and Anwar! and thats the game.

Car preps are usually older guys who are retired and dont need the job really. I would be careful if I were a MT, AM, BM, or ARM who tries to push around an older car prep. Those guys have been around alot more than you and I am sure could fix things that would make your wasted rental monkey lives miserable. Just a warning.

we're at the bottom of the foodchain in this damn company, what did u expect? everyone picks on the bottom feeder, we do all the fucking work and they get all the fucking credit.

Like whenever they tell one of us preps that we gotta clean a car especially nice for a "VIP" customer, the customer writes a letter or whatever bullshit to the fucker who put them in that car we just cleaned. But we don't get shit credit for it, no tips, no praise, nothing.

Or whenever there are those stupid contests, (nothing more than to make more $$ for the bigshots in the company), which every branch wins it, all their employees gets cash bonuses and time off, or free dinnner, and stuff, EXCEPT the carpreps and drivers. WE NEVER GET ANY OF IT. BULLSHIT
