Its just not the drivers that are treated like shit its car preps as well -- poor working conditions, low pay and they call us the back bone off the company yea they boning us there time will come though.

Car preps are not and never will be the backbone of ERAC. On another note I used to love our car preps. They were cool guys, didn't give a shit about pickups or cleaning cars. They were all potheads and burn outs and were perfectly happy with their role in society
