| There is no other job in the country that will 11 plus hours a day. Put you through and have you deal with the bullshit you deal with here unless you are making $100,000 or more. Whoever thinks that this job is good is a loser and has not really had any contact with a real job or another form of work. Erac enterprise retention rate is about 21% dont let them fool you into thinking it is higher 8 to 9 out of ten people quit this job to work somewhere else or go back to school within a year to 2 years. Get out of this job now Look at CC's postings. |

| The only reason why the recent college grads can get pushed around is because they don't know any better. There are tons of people that work in this company that know how to play the game and not getting taken advantage of. If you are a recent grad, do some homework and research what your rights are as an employee. If you are being worked more than 40 hours per week you by law must receive overtime. It is a federal statute and there are few exceptions. No manager can demand you skip or work through lunch. The only exception to this rule is if you are the only worker in a branch and that almost never happens in ERAC. At the base of every law suit, ERAC sides with the customer and declares they do not want their MT's to be agressive or push waivers and insurance. So again, if a manager gets on your case about not pushing ins., ask for them to put it in writing. The next time a manager asks you to do something you feel is unfiar, request that they put it in writing. They will not and you will not have to do it. Follow these simple rules. Once you get in the routine of asking for them to be held accountable, the job will get better. There are still better opportunities out there. You should always look for a new job while you are working, not when it is too late. |

| This job sucks. This job has mandatory overtime. Even with the overtime you are still only making $30,000. Dont let anyone bullshit you. This is no playing the game except for this. Come in late everyday and im serious about this. Come in late everyday: When they try to write you up - DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING AND I MEAN ANYTHING. KEEP COMING IN LATE They will fire you. You have to go to unemployment. Enterprise will try to fight it. You will basically show up in Unemployment with your area manager and the human resource person who will summit all this paper work on you. As long as you did not sign anything it is hear say and you will win your unemployment: THIS IS HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME AT ENTERPRISE: LET THEM PAY YOU FOR TIME OFF WHILE YOU FIND ANOTHER JOB. |

| Sure it is legal. ERAC will try to fight all unemployment claims, but they lose most in all states. Unless your are stealing or another type of criminal activity you shuld not have a problem. You will also collect for all the unused vacation time. If you really wish to work the system, use the employee assistance program and complain of the stress and depression. Then there is always FMLA |

| I have done this and it worked great I collected $8500 in back pay. I came in late everyday and I did not sign a thing. My manger was like we need to have a talk and can you just sign this paper saying that we talked about this (This is a trick, she said it all nice like no big deal) Do not sign anything Reviews, when you go out marketing nothing, and when they do your review and there is something on there you do not like cross it out and do not sign the review. I did this went to unemployment said I was always there on time and it was my word vs Erac The judge gave me the case hands down and I sat back for 6 months while I looked for another job and now I work 40 hrs a week no weekends and make $48,000. I am back in school getting my masters and I love Life again. |

| The guy doesn't know what he is talking about. It doesn't matter if you sign anything or not. All it takes is one or two employees that are not management to submit a signed statement saying that you did in fact come in late several times. Under Mr. Retards logic, you would not be able to collect unemployment for any reason. |

| Could your company fire you for using their laptop on this website during your travel out of town. My boss did give me a verbal warning a bout coming on to this website. Is it possible to track your activities going onto different domain (google). |
