for those of you that are thinking about leaving

this message is for people thinking about leaving. its amazing. if you find a good job take it!!! if you cant, find one. i work 36 hours a week. i started out getting paid 10,000$ more then my best yr as assistant manager. and you know what, i don't care if you make a million dollars a year. enjoying your life and keeping your sanity in my eyes is much better. i feel healthier and ive never been happier. i actually have time to do things outside of work like mma because im not a slave to my job. when i go out with co workers we don't talk about work. my life is no longer consumed by my job. i had my 6 month review and guess what, there was no you need to work on this and if you want to get promoted you need to do this this and this. even though i had no control over 95% of what im being told needs to be better. my review with my new company was awesome. not one bad thing said! in fact, i was asked if i was happy with the company. if your thinking about leaving and you think you found a good opportunity, pull the trigger. i went from being a slave to be happy everyday at work. i went from probably getting paid about 3$ an hour, because of all the crazy over time and being an ass man to being more financially secure at my mid twenties then i could ever imagine. no more erac nightmares! no more repoes at 1 in the morning!!!!!!!!
