Area Z & T

I used to work at ERAC in Area Z and wanted to see if anyone had any news of whats going on in Area T & Z now that my former boss MM is at the healm as the new city manager which is tragic in its own right.

Some people would say I was just complaining for posting but after reading many post from this website and ripoffreport.com the descriptions of ERAC is right on.

Like many other people have said I left ERAC for a better job, work half the hours make twice the money, etc.

Management in Area Z & T is awful. As many people have pointed out if your not out drinking with your managers on weekends or taking vacations with them you wont get promoted. If you dont get promotedat ERAC its mostly because someone else is willing to be a bigger tool than you. Watch out for the "intangibles" clause. Its how they hold back the smart and capable people. Even when you put up great numbers your branch manager will find a way to keep you a wage slave. I and many people I know were passed over for promotions when the competition was crap compared to the people who got the shaft. If have any type of real "entreprenuer" ideas and they dont want to hear it.

Want to get promoted in Area T or Z follow one of these fine examples.

1. S O'C got promoted and he came to work drunk most Monday's.
2. People who hadnt been in the group more than a few months over people who have been witht he group and area and worked in every area branch.
3. JT got promoted to branch manager the DAY he recovered a repoed car that he wrote the bad deal on.
4. BH got promoted, need I say more. Biggest littlest tool in GRP26.
5. KC got promoted over several more qualified candidates only to get fired a few months later for trying to pay for damage to a car he wrecked himself.
6. JF was promoted to branch manager in about 8 months because he was so far up BCO's ass and hangs out with him pretty much all the damn time. It was cool someone turned their head and let you write off all those disputed CDW sales.
7. BCO, I guess now that MM got promoted its only a matter of time before he gives you an Area Manager job since it seems its the only way you get promoted is by following him around.
8. RM, who finally left, was allowed to be a BM for years despite the fact she had no talent or leadership abilities and people knew she was a bitch.
9. Anyone who ever worked at 267H and got promoted is a joke.
10. DT you suck too for turning away far to many capable AM's for people who never worked under you. Just so you know a chimp could get to BM in 8 months from 2677. God Bless Ft. Stewart.

To all the people actually worth a shit in Area Z & T, there arent many but some. Please heed the words on this site and leave ERAC or form a union or something.

After my exit interview I asked for a call from AD or GK just to give them the benefit of the doubt and let me know if my views were scewed or not. Surprise, never got a call.

Ive been gone awhile so I hope someone will keep me in the loop of whats goin on there. Im sad to say Ive done two people their wrong by referring them to ERAC. Sorry I pimped you guys like that. I know you are both still there so keep fighting and dont let those re re's hold you down.

2676 lost most of the its staff becuase of its BM. after most of them left without really saying he was the reason, oh wait they fired one i heard was poorly trained by them and now the BM got a kinda sorta promotion to another branch. good job.

All your comments come off like the sore loser that you are...You have nothing better to do than sit back and talk about the company where you flat out couldn't get it done. Try developing a personality--it might actually help you become successful.

Sun Tzu's Art of War...Really deceptive are your tactics. I am sure you are just about as "successfull" at your new job, if you are even gainfully employed. You should have been fired from your position at Enterprise LONG before you quit! I hope that someday soon you will grow up and GET A FREAKING LIFE!!!
