WHERE ARE THE MINORITY MANAGERS IN GP26?

I am a minority in GP26 and I only see "FEW" BM/AM in GP26 and 1 ARM. I truley feel this not the company or Group for a minority. I personally know that there are several monorities ready to tranfer or quit. Any suggestions???

your absolutely right. you wont advance in this group unless your willing to bend over, a frat boy, or a benge drinking alcoholic. good luck!

yeah, get a life and stope feeling so hard done by. Just because you a minority doesn't mean shit. Why should it? If more of you minoritys were better at the interview stage, then perhaps you would see more making the upper positions. As it is, there prob aren't enough minoritys in the group for 1 very obvious reason......You are a minority, ie there are less of you!
