True Reality from Group 27

Hello fellow ERAC haters! Today we will discuss the quality of rental branch employees regarding work habits and irresponsibility.

Ahhh! College graduates and ERAC's pursuit to employ them is an insult to hard-working high school and JUCO grads all over this fine country. First, ERAC, I mean erac employs COLLEGE GRADS to WASH 10-15 cars per day and type awful rental contracts for 1-2 years and pays $30,000/yr to do it. Wow! Sounds OK for recent graduate that starved their way through 4 years. However take a closer look - $30,000 / 12mos = $2500 / 26 work days per month = $96.15 per day 12 hour work day = $8.01 per hour.

Is it just me, or is there something wrong? I know that GM's makes $200,000 per MONTH and a branch manager makes $3,000 per month (I was one). ERAC will take advantage of your time, your hard work, and your health so beware.

Now, what we have been waiting for! Reality GOSSIP at its core. I thought about nameing all dishonest and distrustful employees from GROUP 27 but there are just to many. So I will begin with the idiot that got wasted in Orlando at the managers meeting. This irresponsible jackass was toasted and had the sense to make his way to Andy Taylor. This is the guy, we'll call him Mike Capps for privacy sakes (identity withheld), has a writeup folder as thick as a Los Angeles phone book. This idiot also got a DUI soon after and was demoted from a 3 yr branch manager to assistant manager at the airport because he could not drive any longer. Next, we'll talk about his girlfriend! Ahhh! Its time to discuss a nasty slut from ERAC Group 27. Are you ready? First we will expose the gfriend of Mike "the loser" Capps. This wench, tiffany Manning, definately used that BIG, FAT ass to get the attention of a few upper management folks ( if you know what I mean). When she finally bent over and touched her toes for the big cross-eyed manager (mike capps) it was a like a geological find, yes the GREAT ABYSS. That slit was as deep as the grand canyon and as wide as the pacific. This dumb chick has gained a reputation for coming into work drunk and being worthless. Did i mention she is a assistant manager? Another one of erac's finest! And one more known FACT. Tiffany "toe toucher" Manning is the poster child for "slamming" renters into getting additional insurance, known as Damage Waiver in the erac world. With a very brief and deceptful explanation she would get the sale and feel good about herself. I remember seeing her win awards for her "selling ability" and now since she has been exposed it doesn't mean shit. Did i mention 5 traffic tickets too? Hey Tiffany, go find a job at the mall! Erac is better off without YOU and many others. With a retention rate of 50%, group 27 has to keep these losers on the payroll.
