theyve just got a tough job to do. everyone at erac is like a type a personality or whatever and they're mostly pervs and drunks. hr has to be the total opposiste to project a good image. i wouldnt want their job, its hard. i give them credit. tho i do agree they could be as nice to current employees as they are to new hires and intervewers. they dont cut us as much slack as they do the newbies. could be worse. it really could. and not in a you could be washing cars or you could be out of work kind of way. more in a you could be diagnosed with a terminal illness or you could be trying to avoid IEDs and small children strapped with bombs kind of way. yeah a lot of things sucks about erac, but at least were working. we have health insurance. we have roofs over our heads and were not in a war zone. imagine the bitches they must have in iraq........

These folks don't do anything all day long. Lets take a look at Poc, she sends out Happenings, really you have nothing better to do than that. Operations is a joke, honestly all they do is order posters and signs and send Geek squad when a branch can figure out how to plug up a computer, so hard.

Besides that they eat donuts all morning long...Michael please give them some work to do...HR is a sad place the bitches are all fat and ugly......

Except most employees at branches can't figure out how to plug in a computer. Or pick up the phone and call a plumber. Or pretty much anything that a "college educated" person should be fully capable of handling without someone holding their hand. That's why most of those losers still are stuck at the same stupid job dreaming of a big payday in some imaginary future. Grow up already. If you hate your job so much all you have to do is look for some other stupid job. Go work at Hertz. Better yet, Starbucks. I hear they have great benefits.

(Forget even asking a branch manager to read a lease and negotiate a lower rent payment, pay the trash pickup bills, deal with every government entity between here and the moon trying to get all the permits in order to build a new office, scour the state looking for more impressionable young people to feed to the misery of being an MT or compile years of financial information to keep insurance companies from pressing lawsuits that ultimately cost everyone money; I'm sure in between "marketing" lunches, forcing "boat" on old ladies and embezzling company funds you want to be spending every second of free time doing all the things that your admin office does that you take for granted. But I bet you show up every time Hawkins plops down his credit card to buy drinks, don't you asshole.)
