Wow, this stuff is pretty amusing. If you don't like ERAC, quit. If you have previously quit - and you hold a grudge - 90% chance you sucked - so get over it. ERAC people choose to work long hours, choose to date, and choose to party with their co-workers. It is not a first at ANY company...AND it's not a bad thing. By no means do I bleed green - but kudos to those who do. Co-workers date, co-workers fight, and co-workers booze until 4am...

you are right...I did not fit because i was soooo better than that and looking back now that can be confirmed! and oh yea, my current paycheck proves I was better than that. some of you current employees seem to think you are making sooo much money but if you are as good as you think you are you can make the same or more somewhere else, somewhere better...with less hours and less stress. you will figure it out when you grow up!
