You despise it, but can't get away. Do we need to call Dr. Phil. God- they should have counceling for you people.

Not cut out to rent cars? Doesnt say much for the people at ERAC that hired us. Whats next, am I going to be told that the new job I just took at the Burger King drive through is over my head?

If its "just renting cars", then why did you work there? If it is so 'below' you?

Congratulations on your new job flipping burgers.

We took that job because we needed a job after graduation. The place had no appeal. You may see 1 out of a 100 people not take the job after graduation. We knew it was going to be shitty, but it was taken as a necessity. Yes it was embarrassing telling family and friends that we were about to rent cars for a living.

what i mean by 1 out of 100 is that they had a job before they worked at ERAC. they all come fresh from college.

You're not just "renting cars." You know as well as I that we're managing fleet, people and customer service. To say what you say is just a sour grapes statement.

That's the kind of lame statement someone who drinks the kool aid gives.
Managing fleet=making sure they have an oil change after 14k miles, and having the area manager give up your cars for you.
Managing people=telling them they will get written up if they don't sell more DW and telling them stories of people that couldn't "hack it", and how you will never find a job as great as ERAC. "Go to the Body Shop with the car prep and pick up that dropped off car." Great managing.
Customer Service=Getting yelled at by customers because your best salesman lied about DW, and had the customer sign without telling them. The customer service is about as hard as being a customer service rep at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

So yes, it is a shitty job and it is just renting cars. The job requires no intelligence. That is why retards like yourself still work there.

Look how angry you just got at my unprovoking statement. Just look at it, take a minute and ask yourself why you just got so angry and had to call me a retard. Maybe it's your job that's too stressful and isn't bringing food to the table. I'm pretty happy with mine and don't think I would have any of the complaints that you had. Once again, a case of "couldn't hack it."

I'm not angry. You are interpreting the tone of my email wrong. I'm just enjoying the fact that you are dumb.
