Default Anyone from Group 29?

Looking for info on GP29....specifically Buffalo. Left about a year ago after being there several years. I'm sure 80% of the employees have turned over (the smart ones anyway). Are the area and city manager still "initiatiating" the female MT's?

i worked in Buffalo for about 3 years. the downton location was robbed and a female employee was injured. an area manager was dating an MT, and she got promoted to recruiter, with a company car. EVERYONE that works there is miserable. probably the same as everywhere else

I work there and I'm not miserable. I know at least five others as well, thereby rendering your statement false.

Oh, the statment is absolutely NOT false. All the GOOD employees have already left. Enterprise is an abusive place to work. Leaving that company was the best thing I have ever done! Eventually, you get to the point where you have to put yourself first and do what is RIGHT!

Every once in a while I check the site for laughs, to see if anyone I know is on there! I often leave the site wondering what the hell is wrong with some of these people! I admit, Enterprise is a very difficult company to work for and be successful at. You have to sacrifice alot of you life, personal time and health from the stress, to make it "big" there. However, every former employee on this site needs to take a step back and think about what you gained from that company! You may have moved on to a "better" job, but I bet 99% of you took skills that you learned from ERAC, whether you left for a a sales job, to run your own business, working in the insurance industry, public speaking, ERAC helped make you better at that. ERAC doesn't expect everyone to love it, they don't expect everyone to be able to handle it, they don't even want most of you there after your first month, when weaknesses start coming thourgh, that is ok! WHat do they call that...survival of the fittest???? They aren't all bad, yeah sure there are a few assholes that may make it horrible place to work, but really, take it for what it is, a company with a great philosophy that is performance oriented, and not everyone will make it! Now people, stop complaining & go volunteer your time and try to feel better about yourself! GEEZ!

Oh yeah, I still work there & I consider myself GOOD! Yeah some days I hate it but for the most part, I have enjoyed my time w/ ERAC and love all the friends I have made, and I am not at all bitter about the downfalls, disappointments & challenging hours, weeks & months! You on the other hand............ get help! You leaving ERAC was probably the best thing you have ever done for them too...they probably didn't want your miserable ass around either!

You're right on just 2 things. First, yes you definitely gain good experience to move on to big and better things. Secondly they are happy I left because that is the big master plan. Use and abuse for several years with promises of 6 figure salaries untill you get tired of having to kiss ass by drinking with area managers, hanging out with scumbag city mgrs (dbm excluded-great guy), being gone from 7am till 7pm and missing out on family life, be judged on your ability to sell an insurance product that everyone already posesses, etc, etc. Great experience yes, but as a career no.
