Hello All,

We haven't seen much traffic from this Group, and we haven't yet created a separate forum for this Group either.

So, what's going on in this group?

Because it's too damn cold up there to complain. It's pretty much under ice

I worked in Gp 29 as well as another group. It is the same bullshit, and the employees hate it just as much as anywhere else. Management sucks, and you are renting cars for a living. Same story, different group

And the group manager looks like Harry Potter.

i recently spoke to a current employee and upper management has everyone so scared that they wont visit the site. they all think it can get get tracked back to them and they'll get fired. quicke overview of the group: some really hot girls work there, they all date managers and above. area managers put on happy hours for female employees only, the former city manager of buffalo tried hooking up with an mt, he still got promoted to TX though. overall everyone is miserable and lies to sell DW

You're right about some of that... we are pretty hot, we do date managers, and he did get promoted to TX.

this group is like a high school. the area manager of 29D or delicious as they like to call themselves left his wife to bang an MT. he's a bald-headed looser who got picked on in high school so he has to re-live his glory days by hooking up with a once MT who is now the recruiter of buffalo.

This job was pathetic. So was this group.

This guy took a job in TX and is making 5 times your salary...HATERS

5 times the salary of an MT? who cares! What do you know about anyone's salary since they are obviously too smart to work for ERAC anymore.

Anyone with a decent brain and a little sales ability can make 6 figures by their mid-30's these days anyhow. It doesn't only 'magically' happen at ERAC. You have to put in at least 8 years to get that salary at ERAC. It can happen quicker at other companies.

Have fun pounding out those waiver sales and running tight, and be sure not to overbook, or you won't be able to get promoted, but there's obviously not anywhere to go in GP 29, since all the area managers are lifers and won't be going anywhere soon.

THat is hilarious b/c he so does, especially with is annoying sniffles. ha. I oculd laugh all day about that.
