Isn't that what all are trying to do? The only thing i ever saw when i worked there was managers trying to kiss low life renters, body shop managers, and service managers asses all the time. Hell, I think that is part of the job description.

Seriously...(outsider reading)...if this is Ben I would be very surprised. Altough yes, he did leave the company to start a family, there were other reasons as well, and I know it was a difficult decision for him. Disappointed if it is you Ben...I always thought you were bigger than a stupid website like this.
