In a nutshell yes. Everything changed when they were sold by Ford. Man if you think turnover is bad at the E, it is nothing compared to HLE. As far as comparing one company to the other, it's not even close. Looking back on it E was WAY better to work for than HLE. Not even close. The structure they have makes it impossible to make money or keep employees happy. The grass definitely wasn't greener on the other side but hey you live and learn. |
