First off, bragging about income in this forum is not the bragging as you see it. It's simply a way to show that you can make a good living at ERAC. It's not to say "look at me, I make 75k and I'm worth it." It's to say, "At ERAC, you can make a good living, and making 75k being under 30 is a nice accomplishment." I say it to all the ERAC bashers who say you can't do anything or make anything and all you do is wash cars. In no way was I proclaiming my greatness by displaying my income. So far you're all incorrect, not CZ, not AB, and not SW/SR. Then again, still working at E I wouldn't admit it anyway.

90% of ERAC employees will not make 75k in a year ever in their careers.
so your 75k is very misleading, in the sense that it rarely happens

In a nutshell yes. Everything changed when they were sold by Ford. Man if you think turnover is bad at the E, it is nothing compared to HLE. As far as comparing one company to the other, it's not even close. Looking back on it E was WAY better to work for than HLE. Not even close. The structure they have makes it impossible to make money or keep employees happy. The grass definitely wasn't greener on the other side but hey you live and learn.
