You still come up short and I have all my fingers. If 80% of "Eracians" were qualified to make it further they'd make more money. Turnover is high because many out there can't handle the stresses, they aren't mentally tough enough fort his job. That is okay. For the one's that can handle it, 6 figures in 6 years is certainly within reach.

Who ever you are you got it right! You could not describe M.T much better! Is he still keeping it true out is Syracuse? I am sure he is, once in idiot always an idiot! It is amazing how you can ruin so many careers and get promoted for it. I am sure ERAC has lost a lot of good employees because of him. One guy who does not deserve to be making the money he is making.

As far as the T & A, my original comment was not to bash HIM for his decisions but to point out HER assets. HE is the best AM Buffalo has and if he cleaned up his act and look a bit he probably would/should have been promoted years ago. I have full respect for him as an AM and Jealous of him for hitt'in someone who has those assets.
